Short answer
Honestly, not yet. Our chalets are multi-level ski-style homes, and the lower-level bedrooms are reached by interior stairs, so they aren't wheelchair accessible. If step-free access is essential for someone in your group, please contact us before booking and we'll walk through each chalet's layout so you can decide.
Why the chalets aren't accessible
Most of our chalets are built in classic three-level ski-chalet style: the kitchen, living, and dining sit on the open-concept top floor, with several bedrooms on a lower level reached by interior stairs. That means there are steps to navigate, and the homes don't currently meet wheelchair-accessibility standards. We say so plainly in our FAQ rather than overstate what the chalets offer — and yes, improving accessibility is on our list. If step-free access is a must, a multi-level chalet may not be the right fit.
Planning around the layout
If a guest has limited mobility but stairs aren't a hard barrier, the layout still matters. In the cluster chalets, the main living areas and some bedrooms are on the entry/top level, while others are downstairs — so it helps to know which rooms sit where. Configurations differ at Aqua Villa and 44L. The best step is to tell us about your group's needs and we'll walk you through each option honestly, so there are no surprises at check-in.
Getting around the property and the Village
It's also worth knowing the wider setting. The Mountain cluster is a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village over flat, paved ground, with free parking for four vehicles right at each chalet and overflow parking nearby. Blue Mountain Village itself offers its own accessibility services for the resort and slopes, which you'd arrange directly with the resort. For more on distances and getting around, see the location page, and reach out with any specific questions before you book.
Related questions
Are any of the chalets step-free?
No — all the chalets are multi-level with stairs to lower bedrooms, so none are fully step-free or wheelchair accessible at this time. Contact us to discuss each layout if mobility is a concern.
Will the chalets become accessible in the future?
It's something we're working toward, but we can't promise a date. We'd rather be honest now so you can plan, so please ask us before booking if accessibility is essential.
Who can help with accessibility at the slopes?
Accessibility on the slopes and in Blue Mountain Village is arranged directly with the resort, which offers its own services. We can help with chalet-specific questions and parking.
