The Luna rooms and beds, level by level

Luna’s main level holds Bedrooms 1 and 2, both queens. The lower level has Bedroom 3, a queen that keeps an adult pair close to younger family members, and Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with a single-over-double bunk plus a separate single for four sleepers when the double is shared.

Six in the queens plus eight across the two bunk rooms is the fourteen-person cap, and it depends on both double bunks being shared. Family groups usually discuss which adults take the lower-level queen beside the bunk rooms before handing out the main-level rooms. Luna’s listing says three bathrooms and its booklet three and a half; neither maps ensuites, so ask the team for the details your party needs.

Kitchen, living floor and facilities at The Luna

The top-floor photographs of The Luna show orange-accented walls, a long dining table and an island set between stone fireplace faces — Luna lists two gas fireplaces, dining for ten and a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, baking sheet, barbecue utensils and wine glasses.

Conditioner, body wash and shower gel join the shampoo, clothing storage and hangers are in the bedrooms, and room-darkening shades, a Smart TV, free WiFi, an ensuite washer and dryer and air conditioning are all listed. Fourteen guests eat in shifts around the ten-seat table; the grocery delivery answer helps with the shop.

Steam sauna, hot tub and shared pool at The Luna

Luna’s indoor sauna is a steam sauna — a tiled chamber with a wooden bench in the gallery — set to an hour on the timer and left open to air afterwards. The year-round private hot tub is on the lower deck beneath the balcony: eight bathers at a time, 104°F maximum, cover on and bungeed when empty, and no outdoor tub use from 11 PM to 7 AM under the by-law.

The balcony has an outdoor table and a propane BBQ with golf-course and mountain views, and Luna guests share the heated outdoor pool and gas fire pits at 104 Brooker Blvd from May to mid-September.
