The 44L is a vintage 1950s four-bedroom chalet in Tyrolean Village sleeping up to ten, with three queens, a four-position bunk room, two bathrooms and a top-floor open kitchen, dining and living area under a timber ceiling. Upstairs at 44L are Bedrooms 1 and 2, both queens. Downstairs are Bedroom 3, a third queen, and Bedroom 4 with two single bunk beds — two frames, four separate single positions with no double to share.

Three couples in the three queens plus four guests who accept bunks makes ten; a party of eight uses the same three queens and two bunk positions. Two bathrooms are recorded in both the chalet data and the guest guide, and the photos show a long vanity and a shower enclosure without establishing private ensuite access.

Kitchen, living floor and facilities at The 44L

44L’s upper floor combines a white kitchen island, a dining corner and a lounge with a fireplace under the timber ceiling, and the rear balconies in the gallery open off this level. The kitchen lists a dishwasher, freezer, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, baking sheet, barbecue utensils and wine glasses.

An ensuite washer and dryer, room-darkening shades, conditioner, body wash and shower gel, clothing storage, hangers, free WiFi, a Smart TV and air conditioning are all listed. Deck hot tub and pool by invitation at The 44L

44L’s year-round private hot tub is on its own deck: eight people at a time, 104°F maximum, cover secured with the bungees whenever it is empty, and no outdoor tub use between 11 PM and 7 AM under the Town of The Blue Mountains by-law. A propane BBQ and the balcony give the chalet its outdoor living space.
