Honesty first, because pool listings are where rental sites fudge: this is one shared, seasonal, heated outdoor pool at the Mountain Property, for Mountain Property guests — not a private pool per chalet, and not year-round. It opens in May and runs to mid-September, with posted rules and hours. Within those facts it is a genuine luxury: a real heated pool a few steps from your chalet door, shared only with the handful of neighbouring chalets. The mechanics are in the pool-access answer.

The summer it enables

A pool on the property changes the shape of a summer day — kids swim before breakfast and after dinner without anyone driving to a beach, and the beach trips that do happen (Georgian Bay is minutes away) become choices rather than obligations. October through April: the hot-tub months

Outside pool season the water amenity does not disappear — it moves and shrinks to fit two to six people at a time: every chalet’s private hot tub runs all year, on its own deck, no sharing and no season. All eight cluster chalets carry identical pool access, so choose on everything else: capacity from 10 to 14 (the sleeps-14 group for big crews), saunas at four of them (compared here), and bedroom layouts on each chalet page. The two off-property chalets — 44L and Aqua Villa — trade the pool for their own settings; Aqua Villa answers the water question with Georgian Bay itself, steps from the door.
