Who The Vista suits

The Vista is the four-bedroom option on Brooker Boulevard for a group of up to ten that wants two queen rooms on one floor, a bunk room and a twin room below, and a bright top-floor living space with the slopes framed in its windows. Three bathrooms are listed, and its hot tub sits on a sheltered lower deck beneath the balcony.

Two families of five, a ski group of friends or grandparents travelling with a young family are the parties it serves best; the separate twin room means two guests can have their own beds without climbing into a bunk. Read the Vista rooms and beds page for the full bed list before assigning rooms.

The Vista rooms and beds, level by level

Vista’s main level holds Bedrooms 1 and 2, both queens, so two couples share the same floor and the same short flight of stairs up to the kitchen. The lower level has Bedroom 3 with two single bunk beds, giving four individual bunk positions, and Bedroom 4 with two single beds for guests who want a flat bed of their own.

A full ten-person plan puts four adults in the queens, four children or willing sharers in the bunks and two more in the twin room. For eight, leave two bunk positions empty rather than adding a mattress anywhere else; the published maximum stays ten. Vista’s three bathrooms match in both the listing and the guest booklet, though neither source maps bathrooms to particular bedrooms.

Kitchen, living floor and facilities at The Vista

The Vista’s kitchen, dining space and lounge share the highest floor, where the gallery shows large pointed windows, a television beside the gas fireplace and doors onto the balcony. The kitchen carries a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee maker, plus utensils and cooking basics.

Room-darkening shades are on Vista’s amenity list, which matters for early ski mornings with children in the bunk room. Linens, towels and shampoo are supplied, an ensuite washer and dryer handles wet gear, and a Smart TV and free WiFi cover evenings in; what is provided is answered in detail elsewhere.

Hot tub, shared pool and parking at The Vista

A sheltered deck below the balcony holds Vista’s year-round private hot tub, which the guest guide caps at eight bathers and 104°F with the cover secured whenever it is empty. Outdoor hot-tub use pauses between 11 PM and 7 AM under the Town of The Blue Mountains by-law.

Vista guests share the heated outdoor pool and the communal fire-pit patio at 104 Brooker Blvd from May to mid-September, for registered guests only. The upper balcony gives Vista an outdoor table with golf-course and mountain views, and four assigned parking spaces come with dashboard passes for space #2. The winter hot-tub answer explains how the tubs are run in January.

Where The Vista is and getting around

Vista shares the 104 Brooker Boulevard address with the rest of the cluster: Monterra Golf Course across the road, Blue Mountain Village a 10-minute walk, Scandinave Spa and Collingwood a short drive. The Village walking answer and the family chalets collection help first-time visitors plan the days.

Arrive from 4:00 pm and leave by 11:00 am. The Vista welcomes pets for a fee, one dog per stay as standard with a second possible by size after confirmation; see the pet-friendly chalets page for the house expectations on furniture and shedding.
