Five bedrooms is where a chalet stops being a big house and starts being infrastructure: three couples each get a queen behind a door, the kids split two bunk rooms, and nobody negotiates a sofa bed. Seven of our ten chalets carry the count — Aurora, Omega, Vega, Corona, Stella, Luna, and Prima — every one a three-level build in the Mountain cluster, ten minutes on foot from the Village.

Same bones, three capacities

The seven split into sleeps-12 (Stella), sleeps-13 (Omega, Vega), and sleeps-14 (Aurora, Corona, Luna, Prima) — the difference is bed mix, not floor plan. If your search starts from headcount instead of room count, those capacity groupings have their own pages: sleeps 12–13 and sleeps 14. Starting from bedrooms, as this page does, the question becomes which five rooms suit your particular mix of couples, kids, and grandparents.

The extras that separate the seven

Four of the seven add a private sauna — Corona and Stella with dry saunas, Luna and Prima with steam — and Corona and Luna each run two gas fireplaces instead of one. Aurora’s distinction is layout: three of its five bedrooms are queens on the main level, the most main-floor sleeping in the portfolio (see the main-floor bedroom answer). Every one of the seven has the private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, and BBQ.

When five bedrooms still is not enough

Groups beyond 14 do not need a bigger chalet — none exists here — they need two: adjacent five-bedrooms pair into 26-to-28-guest configurations on the same property, covered on the two-chalets page. Smaller groups wanting fewer rooms in more varied settings have the 4-bedroom trio.
