Vista is the cluster option — classic three-level ski-chalet build across from Monterra Golf Course, top-floor living space with slope views, and the Mountain Property’s pool and firepits outside. The 44L is the character option — a renovated vintage chalet in Tyrolean Village, five minutes’ drive from the resort. Aqua Villa is the waterfront option — a Georgian Bay villa with four bathrooms, a steam shower/sauna, and the beach steps away.

How the three sleep their ten

Each divides its ten differently: Vista pairs two main-level queens with a lower-level bunk room and a twin room; the 44L runs two queens upstairs, a third queen and a bunk room down; Aqua Villa lines up three queens plus a two-single fourth room — and uniquely gives the group four bathrooms, more than any other chalet in the portfolio.
