Queen bedrooms sit on the main level; bunk rooms sit on the lower level, where a single-over-double bunk plus a spare single means a parent can crash in the kids’ room on a rough night. Summer families and the pool

From May to mid-September, Mountain Property families get the shared heated outdoor pool a short walk from every cluster chalet’s door — the after-dinner swim that ends a summer day properly. Winter families trade the pool for tobogganing distance and the year-round hot tubs.

One family, two families, or the whole tribe

A single family fits any chalet from the 4-bedroom trio up to the sleeps-14 five-bedrooms. Two families sharing choose between one big chalet or — usually better past eight kids — a chalet each, side by side on the Mountain Property, with bedtimes independent and mornings shared. And the dog is not a complication: all ten chalets are pet-friendly with a pet fee, so the whole family means the whole family.

Which chalet is best for a family with young kids?

The 4-bedroom chalets fit one family perfectly; larger or two-family crews step up to the 5-bedroom, sleeps-12-to-14 chalets. Our young-kids answer ranks the fit by age.

Do the chalets have washers and dryers?

Yes — ensuite washer/dryers in the cluster chalets and the 44L, and Aqua Villa has a washing machine. With kids, this is the amenity that matters by day two.

Is the pool safe for young children?

It is a shared outdoor pool with posted rules and no lifeguard — children swim under parent supervision, like any cottage-country pool. It runs May to mid-September.

Can we bring the family dog?

Yes — every chalet is pet-friendly with a pet fee. One dog is standard; a second may be possible depending on size, with prior confirmation.

Are cribs or high chairs provided?
