Is parking free at Blue Mountain Village?

P2 Village Base is the lot right at the main entrance and the only resort-run one that charges: the first hour is complimentary, then a flat fee covers up to 12 hours and a higher one applies between 12 and 24 hours (the Village publishes the current amounts on its parking page). P2A, directly across from it, is free and is the one to aim for on a quiet day — it fills fast on weekends. P1/P1A South Base, across from South Base Lodge, is free with bus parking; P3 Inn Base is free and has twenty EV charging stations. Separately, two small convenience lots near the Westin and in front of P2 are run by a developer on app payment with no on-site staff. Rates and rules shift by season, so treat the Village’s parking page as the source of truth on the day.

The eight Mountain-cluster chalets at 104 Brooker Boulevard come with free parking for four vehicles each, and the Village is a ten-minute walk away. Most guests park once on Friday and do not move the cars until Sunday — the evening in the Village, the walk to the lifts and the trip back to the hot tub all happen on foot. Two chalets booked together means about eight spaces on one property, which is the answer to “where does everyone park” for a two-chalet group. From Aqua Villa and 44L, both a five-minute drive from the resort, the free lots are the ones to use; P3 with its chargers suits an EV.

On a Saturday in February the free lots at the base fill early, and the P2 fee is the price of arriving late. Cluster guests sidestep that by walking, which on a peak morning is genuinely faster than circling for a space. If you are driving in from Aqua Villa or 44L for a ski day, arrive before the first chairs or plan on P1/P1A and a short walk. For Village evenings and events, the first free hour at P2 covers a quick dinner pick-up, and P2A or P3 cover anything longer. None of this affects the chalets themselves — parking there is always included, always free, and never metered.
