What are the check-in and check-out times for the chalets?

Across all 10 chalets, check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am — the same whether you're in the eight-chalet cluster a 10-minute walk to the Village, at waterfront Aqua Villa on Georgian Bay, or at vintage 44L in Tyrolean Village. That afternoon-to-morning turnaround gives housekeeping the hours to clean, restock, and reset each property between groups, so your chalet is ready the moment you arrive. Check-in is self-guided — no front desk to meet. We send arrival and access instructions ahead of your stay, and there's free parking for four vehicles at every chalet. Reach the area before 4:00 pm? Blue Mountain Village, the restaurants and cafés, and plenty of things to do are minutes away, so it's easy to fill the gap until your chalet is ready. A refundable $500 security deposit is authorized on your card on check-in day and released about 7 business days after departure if there's no damage.

Early check-in and late check-out aren't guaranteed — they hinge on whether another group is booked around your stay — but we're happy to try.
