Whichever of the ten you choose, the core set is the same: a private year-round hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/tea maker, cookware and utensils), free high-speed WiFi, a gas fireplace, an outdoor BBQ, an in-unit washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, linens and towels, and free parking for four vehicles. Extras that vary by chalet
Beyond the standard set, a few amenities depend on the property. Five chalets add a private sauna — steam at Luna, Prima, and Aqua Villa; dry cedar at Corona and Stella. The eight cluster chalets near the Village share a seasonal heated pool (roughly May to mid-September) and gas firepits, and sit across from Monterra Golf Course. The waterfront Aqua Villa swaps the pool for a bay-facing hot tub, indoor steam sauna, and sandy public beach. Bedroom counts run from 4-bed up to 5-bed homes that sleep 14.
Location and parking included
Location is part of the package. The eight cluster chalets are a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, restaurants, and the lifts, while Aqua Villa on Georgian Bay and the Tyrolean-Village 44L are a 5-minute drive to the resort.
