Blue View's eight Mountain-cluster chalets are a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and the ski lifts — close to the slopes, but not ski-in/ski-out (you walk to the lifts rather than ski to your door). Aqua Villa and 44L are a 5-minute drive. For most groups the short walk is a feature: free parking, quiet evenings, and the Village steps away without slopeside crowds or prices.
How close are the chalets to the slopes
The eight chalets in our Mountain cluster on Brooker Boulevard are about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, the lifts, restaurants, and nightlife. Aqua Villa on the Georgian Bay waterfront and 44L in Tyrolean Village are each a 5-minute drive to the resort base. Why the 10-minute walk is an advantage
Slopeside ski-in/ski-out units command a premium and often mean a smaller condo with shared walls. A short walk from a private chalet gives your group the whole property, free parking for four vehicles, quiet nights away from the Village bustle, and a private hot tub to come back to after a day on the hill — while still being a few minutes on foot from the lifts and après-ski.
Getting to the lifts and the Village
From the Mountain cluster you can walk to the Village and the base of the lifts in about 10 minutes, or drive in a couple of minutes and use resort parking. The walk is flat and direct.
