Is there a Blue View chalet without bunk beds?

Aqua Villa sits apart from the Brooker cluster, at 209555 Highway 26 on the shore of Georgian Bay, about a 5-minute drive from Blue Mountain. Its bedroom configuration is short: Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 each have a queen, and Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Three couples and two friends, or four couples where two people take the singles, is the shape it suits.

The published maximum is 10, but the named beds add up to eight with couples sharing, and the room-by-room page says plainly that it does not place anyone on a sofa. That is why the ninth and tenth guest are a question for the team, in writing, before the group commits. Every other chalet has bunks, but most bunk rooms also hold a separate single bed beside the bunk. With couples sharing the queens and those singles in use, this is how many adults sleep without climbing or lying under a bunk:

• Stella: nine (three queens, the single in Bedroom 4 and the twin room).
• Omega, Vega, Corona, Luna and Prima: eight (three queens and one separate single in each lower room).
• Aurora: seven (three queens and the single in Bedroom 4).
• Vista and 44L: six (Vista’s two queens and twin room; 44L’s three queens).

So a group of six couples can book any two neighbouring five-bedroom chalets at 104 Brooker and give every couple a queen, which the couples answer works through.

Ten adults with no bunks is the hardest version of this question. No single chalet does it: Stella reaches nine, Aqua Villa’s named beds reach eight, and the rest stop at eight or fewer. The reliable answer is two chalets: two side-by-side five-bedroom chalets give six queen rooms plus singles, which is more than enough for ten adults who each want a proper bed.
