What is the minimum age required to rent a chalet?
The 25-and-over rule
The person renting and responsible for a Blue View chalet must be 25 or older. The one exception: a younger guest accompanied by their parents — a family travelling together is always welcome. This is a common standard for whole-home rentals and ensures the responsible party can manage the property, the $500 security deposit, and the house rules. It applies to the lead booker only; your group can include guests of any age once a qualifying adult holds the reservation. Our chalets are built for groups and families: full kitchens, up to five bedrooms, a private hot tub, and free parking for four vehicles. Because of the 25-plus rule, they're not set up for under-25 parties without a qualifying adult — and the same logic applies to bachelor and bachelorette weekends, where the lead booker simply needs to meet the age requirement.
