Where Aurora and Vista sit at 104 Brooker Boulevard
The Aurora (1) and The Vista (2) are the two coloured chalets at the east end of the row, beside the pool deck and the entrance from Brooker Boulevard. The other six are greyed out.
Who Aurora and Vista suit
This is the pairing for summer families. From May to mid-September the heated pool is the first thing children ask about, and both of these chalets sit at the pool end of the row. A large household in The Aurora (up to 14) and a smaller one in The Vista (up to 10) is the natural split: grandparents and the biggest family take Aurora’s three main-level queens, and the second family takes Vista.
In winter the same pair suits a ski group of 20 to 24 that wants a lively house and a quiet one. Each chalet has a year-round private hot tub on the lower deck and its kitchen and living room on the top floor with a balcony; Aurora’s balcony looks at the ski hill. Blue Mountain Village is about a 10-minute walk from either door.
How 24 guests split across Aurora and Vista
Twenty-four is the licensed maximum: 14 in The Aurora and 10 in The Vista, and each limit stands on its own, so extra guests cannot move from one house into the other. Aurora puts couples on the main level in three queens, with two bunk rooms downstairs; its Bedroom 5 is listed as bunk beds without a stated room capacity, so confirm it before planning on all 14 (Aurora rooms and beds). Vista has two main-level queens, a lower room with two single bunk beds and a separate room with two single beds, which suits teenagers or adults who would rather not share (Vista rooms and beds).

What Aurora and Vista share and what stays private
Inside, nothing is shared: each chalet has its own kitchen, living room, laundry, hot tub and four parking spaces. Outside, both front doors face the same lot, and the pool, pool house and fire-pit deck are common to the eight chalets at 104 Brooker Boulevard, so in season you will meet other guests there. Families planning around the pool can read the shared pool with children.
If Aurora or Vista is taken
The Aurora has only one neighbour, so if The Vista is booked for your dates the closest option for 24 is Omega and Vega (26 guests), on the other side of the pool deck. If The Aurora is booked, Vista’s other neighbour is The Omega across the deck, which together sleep 23. For every two-chalet option, see two chalets on one property.
Aurora and Vista: questions before booking
Are Aurora and Vista next to each other?
Yes. They are chalets 1 and 2 at 104 Brooker Boulevard, side by side at the east end of the row near the pool deck and the lot entrance.
Can 24 people stay in Aurora and Vista?
Yes: up to 14 in The Aurora and 10 in The Vista, the licensed maximum for each. Every guest is registered to one of the two chalets, and day visitors are not permitted.
When can the Aurora and Vista group use the pool?
The shared heated outdoor pool is open from May to mid-September. Outside that season, both chalets keep their private hot tubs running all year.
Can we bring dogs to Aurora and Vista?
Both are pet-friendly with a pet fee. One dog per chalet is standard, and a second may be considered depending on size if you confirm it before arrival.
