Who Stella and Luna suit

Groups that cannot agree on dry heat or steam get both. It fits a girls’ weekend or a milestone birthday where the evening runs hot tub, sauna, dinner: two private hot tubs, one dry sauna and one steam room shared among 26 people.

The Luna is the bigger house, with 14 guests, two gas fireplaces and dining for ten on the top floor. The Stella holds 12, with three queens and a twin room, which suits the quieter half of the group or the guests who want their own bed.

How 26 guests split across Stella and Luna

Six queens across the pair cover six couples, or twelve adults happy to share. The Luna has two lower rooms that each take a single-over-double bunk and a single; The Stella has one of those plus a room with two singles. See Stella rooms and beds and Luna rooms and beds before assigning rooms.

What Stella and Luna share and what stays private

The Stella is third from the west end of the row and The Luna second, so the pair sits toward the far end from the pool and the lot entrance. Nothing indoors is shared: each chalet has its own heat room, hot tub, kitchen, laundry and four parking spaces. For a celebration weekend, see the bachelorette chalets.

Stella and Luna: questions before booking

What is the difference between Stella’s sauna and Luna’s steam room?

The Stella’s private sauna is dry heat. The Luna’s is a steam room, shown in its photos as a tiled chamber with a wooden bench. Each is inside its own chalet.

Which of Stella and Luna has two fireplaces?

The Luna lists two gas fireplaces; The Stella has one.

How many can stay in Stella and Luna?

Twenty-six at the licensed maximums: twelve in The Stella and fourteen in The Luna.

Are Stella and Luna close to the pool?

They are toward the west end of the row, so the shared pool, open May to mid-September, is a walk across the property rather than beside the door.

The Stella and The Luna: 10 bedrooms for up to 26 guests on one property.
