Each Blue View chalet is booked as one whole home on its own listing at booking.blueviewchalets.com, and the table below links all ten. Open a listing, enter your dates, and its calendar shows whether that home is free. Nobody else stays in the chalet while you are there: the bedrooms, kitchen, living floor, hot tub and parking spaces are for your group alone. The only shared spaces are at 104 Brooker Boulevard, where guests of the eight chalets on the lot share the gas fire pits and, from May to mid-September, a heated outdoor pool.

The licence column is the Town of The Blue Mountains short-term rental licence published on each listing. The sleeps figure is that licence’s guest maximum, and it counts every person staying overnight.

What every Blue Mountain vacation rental home includes

The basics match across all ten homes: free WiFi and a smart TV; a stocked kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker; a propane or gas barbecue; a fireplace; heating and air conditioning; a hair dryer and shampoo; and bed linens and bath towels for everyone. Each has a private year-round hot tub. Laundry is in the home, with a washer and dryer in nine chalets and a washing machine at Aqua Villa. Nine have a dishwasher; Aqua Villa has two refrigerators instead. Five add heat: dry saunas at Corona and Stella, steam rooms at Luna and Prima, and a steam shower at Aqua Villa. Each chalet page has the full amenity list, and the kitchen equipment answer goes drawer by drawer.

How booking a Blue Mountain vacation rental direct works

Pick the home by its licensed sleeps rather than its beds; the figure counts every overnight guest.
Open its listing and check the live calendar. Stays are two nights at minimum, with check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am.
Payment is made in full at booking.
On check-in day a security deposit is authorized on your card, not charged, and released seven business days after departure when there is no damage or policy violation.
If plans change, the cancellation schedule on the policies page sets partial refunds up to 30 days and up to 14 days before arrival, less an administration fee and card fees.

A group too big for one home can take several: any chalets can be booked together when the dates are free, so check each chalet’s calendar and book each listing. Checking live availability and the security deposit each have their own answer.

House rules that come with a Blue Mountain vacation rental

A booking creates a short-term lease, and its rules are short. Occupancy is capped at the licence: 10 at Vista, Aqua Villa and 44L, 12 at Stella, 13 at Omega and Vega, 14 at Aurora, Corona, Luna and Prima. Only registered overnight guests may be on the property; day visitors are not allowed. Blue View adopts the Town noise by-law, which prohibits noise likely to disturb inhabitants at any hour. Each chalet takes four vehicles at most. There is no smoking inside, in the hot tubs or in the steam rooms, and fireworks are prohibited. Dogs come under the pet rules. During the stay, report anything not working within one hour of check-in, dispose of refuse and recycling properly, and leave by check-out time. Security patrol, OPP or licensing officers may enter for noise or occupancy violations or emergencies. The renters code and the short-term rental licensing guide explain why the limits exist.
