Short answer
Alpine Ski Club skis the escarpment in the Craigleith area of The Blue Mountains, roughly a 10–15 minute drive from our chalet cluster at the base of Blue Mountain. Established in 1960 with about 384 acres of terrain, Alpine is a private club — so weekends there mean arranging your own beds nearby, and a whole chalet gives a multi-family Alpine crew 4–5 bedrooms, a real kitchen, and a hot tub a few minutes from the parking lot.

Alpine weekends need a nearby base

Alpine’s community skis together all winter, and the families who get the most out of it stay close enough that the drive never eats the morning. Our Mountain cluster on Brooker Boulevard puts the club within an easy commute while keeping the evenings somewhere lively — the Village’s restaurants a 10-minute walk away, groceries in Collingwood minutes by car. Compare the ten chalets or the cluster options to pick a base.

Built for the two-family club weekend

Alpine trips are rarely one household. Two families sharing a 5-bedroom chalet get queen rooms for the parents and bunk rooms the kids treat as part of the fun — the exact layouts are in our answer on chalet layouts for adults and kids. Bigger circles take two adjacent chalets and keep separate kitchens; the mechanics are on the groups page.

What the club covers and what it does not

Guest skiing, programs, and passes are Alpine’s domain — arrange those through your member connection. What the club does not provide is the off-hill infrastructure: dinner for twelve, drying racks, a place for the toddler’s nap. That is chalet territory. Book dates early for the core winter weekends; availability for every chalet is live on the booking page.
