Every one of our 10 chalets welcomes pets. Our FAQ lists a maximum of two pets under 50 lb per chalet, plus a pet fee on your reservation. Because per-chalet info assumes one dog as standard, planning to bring two pets or a heavier dog is a quick conversation, not a guess. Bringing more than two dogs or a bigger breed
Got a dog over 50 lb, or more than two pets? Ask us before you book — we may still accommodate you, but it hinges on the chalet and the dates. This matters most for a group: the eight adjacent Mountain-cluster chalets at 104 Brooker Blvd combine for 28, 42, or 80+ guests, so we can often spread several families' dogs sensibly across neighbouring chalets, each family in its own private home. What to bring and how the pet fee works
The pet fee is added to your reservation and is separate from the $500 refundable security deposit and the $75 admin fee. Bring your dog's own bedding, bowls and food, keep pets off beds and furniture where you can, and clean up indoors and out. Each chalet has its own private yard, and the Mountain cluster sits on a quiet street directly across from Monterra Golf Course with open space for walks.
