What drives the price
Three things move the nightly rate: the chalet (our larger 5-bedroom chalets that sleep 14 sit at the top of the range), the season (Christmas, New Year's, Family Day, March Break and summer long weekends are peak; midweek and shoulder dates in late spring and November are the lowest), and length of stay (there is a two-night minimum, with longer minimums over peak holiday periods). Every chalet has its own private hot tub, a full kitchen, and free parking, so the headline rate is for the whole property — not per room.
