New Year’s does not book alone — it sits inside the Christmas–New Year’s stretch that is the winter’s most requested block, and holiday minimum stays apply across it. Groups wanting specific chalets for December 31 lock dates months out, often pairing NYE with Christmas rentals into one longer stay. We host celebrating groups all winter, and the ground rules are simple: each chalet’s guest limit (10–14, set under the Town rental by-law) is real, and these are chalets in a neighbourhood, not event venues — quiet outdoor hours still apply on December 31.
