Is smoking allowed at the Blue View chalets?

Two sources set the rule. Each chalet’s listing carries the same line: no smoking inside. The deposit section of the policies then widens it to three places: chalets, hot tubs and steam rooms.

• Inside the chalet: every room, every floor, including the dry saunas in Corona and Stella.
• Hot tubs: all ten chalets have one, and the tub counts even though it is outdoors.
• Steam rooms: the steam saunas in Luna and Prima, and the steam shower at Aqua Villa.

Every chalet also supplies its own linens and towels, and smoke lingers in bedding, curtains and sofas long after a group has gone home, so the next family would notice even if the group did not.

The forfeiture for smoking in a chalet, hot tub or steam room is equal to the whole deposit, so one cigarette in the tub costs the same as several. The deposit is authorized on the booker’s card on check-in day and released seven business days after departure when there are no violations, which means the person who booked carries the risk for everyone in the chalet. Illegal drug use sits on the same list at the same amount.

The policies do not designate an outdoor smoking spot, so ask the team before booking if smokers in the group need a clear answer about balconies, decks or the yard. In the meantime, agree three things with the group: nobody smokes indoors or in the tub, nobody smokes near the shared pool or fire-pit deck where other families gather, and butts go in the bin rather than the garden. The renters code sets the tone for the rest of the stay.

It also helps to say this in the invitation rather than at the door. A guest who knows the rule before packing can plan around it; a guest who learns it on arrival tends to test it.
