The spa’s minor-guest policy is short and firm: no one under 14 is admitted; guests aged 14 and 15 must be with a parent or legal guardian for the whole visit, and an adult cannot accompany more than one minor; guests 16 and older can enter alone. Proof of age is checked at arrival, minors complete a discharge form with an off-site emergency contact, and a parent or guardian signs it for the 14–15 age group. For massage, Ontario’s rule is that only registered massage therapists treat minors, and 14- and 15-year-olds receive massages only in a duo setting with their guardian. A family with children under 14 cannot bring them to the spa, so the plan becomes a split: one parent takes the teens while the other runs the pool, the beach or a Village afternoon with the younger kids, then swap the next day.
