Can I go skiing or snowboarding right from the chalets?

Short answer
Not ski-in/ski-out, but very close. Our eight Brooker Blvd chalets are about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and the lifts, so you walk to the slopes rather than ski to the door. Aqua Villa and 44L are a 5-minute drive. For most groups the short walk is a plus: free parking, a private hot tub, the Village steps away.

How you get to the slopes

None of our chalets are slopeside, so you can't ski back to the door — but you don't need to. From the Brooker Blvd cluster it's about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and the base of the lifts. Carry your gear over in the morning, or drive in a couple of minutes and use resort parking. For a fuller picture of how close "close" really is, see our answer on whether the chalets are ski-in/ski-out. Aqua Villa on the bay and 44L in Tyrolean Village are each a 5-minute drive to the resort base.

Why a chalet beats slopeside for a group

Slopeside condos come at a premium and usually mean a smaller unit with shared walls. A private chalet a short walk away gives the group the whole property: a full kitchen for big breakfasts and après dinners, a gas fireplace, free parking for four vehicles, and a private year-round hot tub to soak in after the hill. Several chalets add a sauna — Luna and Prima have steam saunas, Corona and Stella have dry saunas, and waterfront Aqua Villa has a steam sauna too. See them on the chalets-with-a-sauna page, ideal for thawing out after the slopes.

Planning a group ski or snowboard trip

Because the eight Brooker Blvd chalets sit side by side, a larger crew can book several adjacent chalets and keep everyone on one property — two host around 28 guests, three around 42, and all eight comfortably handle 80-plus. Each family gets a private chalet while sharing the slopes by day. Start with our largest options on the sleeps-14 page, then contact us to coordinate adjacent chalets. Book peak winter dates early — holiday weeks sell out months ahead, and expect a 3–4 night minimum on those dates.
