Friends celebrating together at a winter dinner table – What Side-by-Side Chalets Share at 104 Brooker | Ontario
Short answer
Very little inside, a few things outside. Each chalet keeps its own kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, hot tub, balcony, backyard, BBQ and four parking spaces. What the eight chalets share is the seasonal heated pool, the gas fire pits and the lot. Groups booking neighbours from two chalets on one property get two private homes with a shared outdoor area between them.

Private to each Blue View chalet at 104 Brooker

  • A full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and microwave on the top floor.
  • The living room with its gas fireplace (two at Corona and Luna) and Smart TV.
  • Every bedroom and all three bathrooms.
  • Washer and dryer.
  • The year-round hot tub on the chalet’s deck, plus the sauna at Corona and Stella or the steam room at Luna and Prima.
  • The balcony, the garden or backyard, and a propane BBQ.
  • Four assigned parking spaces with dashboard passes.
  • Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

None of these is pooled between chalets, even when one group books several. Each chalet also has its own maximum, pet allowance and deposit.

Shared by the eight chalets at 104 Brooker Boulevard

Three things are common to the property. The heated outdoor pool, open from May to mid-September, sits at the east end beside the pool house and is for registered guests of the cluster chalets (44L guests can use it too). The gas fire pits give the property a place to gather outside. And the lot is shared ground, though every space on it belongs to a specific chalet.

Shared means shared with whoever else is staying. Unless a group books all eight chalets, it will meet other guests at the pool and fire pits, and the house rules apply there as much as at home: registered overnight guests only, dogs out of the pool, and the noise bylaw at every hour. Our shared pool answer has more.

Booking side-by-side chalets with the shared parts in mind

If the pool is the point, book at the east end, where Aurora, Vista and Omega sit. If the group wants the pool and fire pits to itself, it needs the whole property; see booking all eight. Otherwise, treat the shared spaces as a bonus, and plan group meals and evenings in your own chalets.

The private list is what makes neighbouring chalets work for two families who like each other but not each other’s bedtimes: separate kitchens, separate hot tubs and separate front doors, with the shared ground a few steps away when everyone wants to meet up.
