Where should the wedding party stay for an Off-Piste mountaintop wedding?

Friends celebrating together at a winter dinner table – Where to Stay for an Off-Piste Wedding, Blue Mountains
Short answer
For an Off-Piste Pavilion wedding, stay close to the resort’s valley arrival: the Brooker cluster is about 5 minutes by road from the P1 South parking reference, and 44L and Aqua Villa are about 10. The wedding party and both families fit a side-by-side pair such as Luna and Prima, which sleeps 28. Read the Off-Piste wedding venue notes, then check both houses on the Luna and Prima page.

Timing an Off-Piste ceremony from a Brooker chalet

The drive is the smallest part of this day. Guests ride about 5 minutes from the chalet to the valley parking reference, walk to the meeting point, wait for the gondola transfer that the resort’s 2026 wedding brochure includes, then ride up to the pavilion above the Waterfall run. Ask the coordinator for the assembly time and work backwards from it, not from the ceremony start.

Leave slack for a queue and a slow walk. The wedding party should be dressed and photographed before that departure, which is why the getting-ready house matters so much for this venue.

Luna and Prima as the Off-Piste wedding-party pair

Luna and Prima are the only side-by-side Blue View pair in which both chalets sleep 14. Each has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private steam room, and they stand together at the west end of the Brooker row. One house becomes the getting-ready base for the couple and attendants; the other holds parents and grandparents.

Book from the night before. Check-in is 4:00 pm, so arriving on the wedding day leaves no morning. If either house is taken, Stella and Luna sleep 26 with a dry sauna next door to a steam room.

Off-Piste weather backup and the evening back at the chalet

The brochure provides an indoor backup with a weather call before the event, so pack footwear that handles both a mountaintop path and a ballroom floor. Ask the hosts where the backup is and send it to every chalet in the group.

After the reception, only people registered at a chalet may come back to it, and the property follows the Town’s noise bylaw at all hours. Twenty-eight people across two houses can carry on quietly indoors; the hot tubs are not the place for a 2 a.m. toast. Our quiet hours answer sets out how that works.

Related questions

Does the Off-Piste drive estimate reach the pavilion?

No. It ends at the P1 South valley parking reference. The walk and the gondola transfer come on top.

Can guests drive straight up to the Off-Piste Pavilion?

Follow the resort coordinator’s instructions. The 2026 brochure includes gondola transportation for these weddings.

Which chalet should be the Off-Piste getting-ready house?

Pick a 14-guest chalet with three bathrooms, such as Luna or Prima, and book it from the night before so hair and photos happen there.

Is an Off-Piste ceremony available without a resort reception?

The 2026 brochure ties the ceremony site to a wedding reception booked with Blue Mountain. Confirm the terms for your year.
