Where can a large wedding group stay for a Village Conference Centre wedding?

When the couple wants most out-of-town guests in one place, the eight Brooker chalets work as a small wedding village. They sleep 10 to 14 each, share one parking lot and, from May to mid-September, one heated outdoor pool. Assign houses by group: the wedding party in one, each family side in two or three, friends in the rest.

Every chalet still has its own live calendar, so the couple or each household checks and books each one when the dates are free. The answer on hosting 80 or more covers the arithmetic: 104 is the sum of each chalet’s maximum, not a target to squeeze toward.

Check-in is 4:00 pm. For a Saturday wedding, the getting-ready chalet must be booked from Friday so hair, makeup and photos happen in the house rather than in a car. The two-night minimum makes Friday and Saturday the natural pair of nights. Early check-in can be requested, but it is never promised.

Choose the getting-ready house for bathrooms and bedroom layout. Aurora has three queen bedrooms on its main level and three bathrooms. Corona adds a dry sauna and two gas fireplaces, which makes the living room a comfortable place to wait for the photographer.

The building reference is about 5 minutes by road from 104 Brooker Boulevard (1.5 km) and 44L (2.1 km), and about 10 from Aqua Villa (4.3 km). Ask the resort which entrance and floor the reception uses, because the centre has rooms on three levels.

Eight chalets with four spaces each give the cluster 32 parking spots. That covers the guests’ own cars but not a stream of visitors, and day guests are not allowed on the property anyway.
