Who The Prima suits
The Prima is a five-bedroom chalet for up to 14 guests with a private steam sauna, a gas fireplace and a kitchen island on its upper floor, two queens on the main level and a queen plus two bunk rooms downstairs. Three bathrooms are listed, and dining is described for ten.
It is the choice for a big family or a group of friends who want the steam room and a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village from 104 Brooker Boulevard, across from Monterra Golf Course. Work through the Prima rooms and beds guide before you assign the lower bunks.
The Prima rooms and beds, level by level
Prima’s Bedrooms 1 and 2 are the main-level queens and Bedroom 3 is the queen on the lower level. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share the same published arrangement: a single-over-double bunk plus a separate single, four sleepers each when two people take the double lower bunk.
At full occupancy that is two guests to each queen and four to each bunk room — six plus eight — without counting living-room furniture. A smaller party decides which lower bunks stay unshared before the main-floor queens are offered. Prima has three bathrooms in the chalet listing and three and a half in the guide, so request confirmation of full bathrooms and their locations if a morning shower schedule depends on it.
| Room | Level | Listed beds | People |

Kitchen, living floor and facilities at The Prima
Prima’s photographs show white cupboards, a dark island worktop and high glazing beside the long dining table on the upper floor, with the gas fireplace and Smart TV in the lounge. The stocked kitchen lists a dishwasher, freezer, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen island, baking sheet, barbecue utensils and wine glasses.
Room-darkening shades, conditioner, body wash and shower gel, clothing storage, hangers, an ensuite washer and dryer, free WiFi and air conditioning complete the list. Because the lounge and dining area are one flight up from the main-level queens, no bedroom at Prima is stair-free; the adults-and-kids layout answer discusses that.
Steam sauna, covered hot-tub deck and pool at The Prima
Prima’s guest guide specifies a steam sauna: set the timer for an hour, let it warm, sit on towels and leave the door open afterwards. A red parasol marks the upper patio in the gallery, and below it is the covered deck with the year-round private hot tub — eight people at a time, 104°F maximum, cover on when empty, and outdoor tubs quiet from 11 PM to 7 AM under the Town by-law.
Prima guests share the heated outdoor pool and gas fire-pit patio at 104 Brooker Blvd from May to mid-September, for registered guests only. A propane BBQ, garden and golf-course and mountain views are listed, and the four parking passes correspond to assigned spaces marked #8. The shared pool answer explains the schedule and rules.
Where The Prima is and getting around
Prima’s description records the 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village; Monterra Golf Course is across the road, and Scandinave Spa, Collingwood and the Georgian Bay beaches are a short drive from 104 Brooker Boulevard. The ski chalet collection and the sauna chalets page cover the winter case.
Check-in is 4:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am. Prima welcomes pets with a pet fee, one dog per stay as standard and a second considered by size with prior confirmation, as the pet-friendly page describes.
