Balcony view from a mountain chalet over snowy peaks – Can a Group Park More Than Four Cars at Blue View? Ontario
Short answer
No. Each Blue View chalet comes with four parking spaces, and the policy lists parking more than four vehicles as a security-deposit forfeiture. A group with a fifth car either carpools down to four or books a second chalet, which brings four more spaces. At the 104 Brooker Boulevard chalets, the spaces are assigned to each chalet and marked with dashboard passes.

Why a fifth car costs part of the Blue View deposit

Four vehicles per chalet is a written rule, not a guideline. The deposit section of the policies lists “parking more than 4 vehicles” among the forfeitures, with a fixed amount taken from the hold. Parking is free and included, which the free parking answer covers, but the number is capped.

The cap applies everywhere: the eight chalets on Brooker Boulevard, 44L in Tyrolean Village and Aqua Villa on Highway 26 each list four spaces. On the Brooker lot the spaces belong to a specific chalet and carry passes for the dashboard, so a stray fifth car is easy to spot.

Getting a group of 14 into four cars at Blue Mountain

Fourteen guests in four cars is three or four per car, which is a normal carpool for most groups. Two things make it easier. First, the Brooker chalets are about a 10-minute walk from Blue Mountain Village, so many daily trips need no car at all. Second, grocery runs and ski drop-offs can be shared rather than everyone driving separately. Our answer on needing a car looks at which outings really need one.

If the arithmetic still does not work, for instance a group of 10 driving from five different cities, the fix is a second chalet rather than a fifth space.

Parking spaces for two, three or four side-by-side chalets

Spaces scale with the chalets booked: two neighbours give eight, three give twelve, four give sixteen, and all eight chalets at 104 Brooker give thirty-two. A pair such as Omega and Vega therefore takes eight cars for up to 26 guests. Each chalet’s four still stand alone, so park in your own chalet’s bays.

That standalone rule matters when one household in a group drives more cars than the others. A family of six arriving in three vehicles and a family of ten arriving in five do not average out across a pair; the second chalet is over its limit even if the first has a spare bay. Sort the cars by chalet before the trip, the same way you sort the bedrooms, and the problem never reaches the lot.

Related questions

Does a visiting friend’s car count?

Day visitors are not permitted on the property, so the four spaces are for the registered guests’ own vehicles.

Do 44L and Aqua Villa also have four spaces?

Yes. Every Blue View chalet has four parking spaces, including the two chalets away from the Brooker cluster.

Can we leave a trailer or a second vehicle on the street instead?

The policy counts vehicles, not where they stand. Ask the team before booking if your group has anything beyond four vehicles.

Is there a charge for the four spaces?

No. Parking for four vehicles is free and included with every chalet.
