A 10-minute walk to the Village from the cluster
All eight chalets in our Mountain cluster share one property at 104 Brooker Blvd, a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. From there you reach the lifts, restaurants, shops, and après-ski on foot — no driving into the resort or paying for parking each day. The route is flat and direct, easy with kids, gear, or after a day on the hill. Because the chalets are walkable, your four free parking spots can stay put while the group heads to the Village. See all eight walkable options on the chalets near the Village page.
Aqua Villa and 44L are a short drive instead
Two chalets sit off the cluster. Aqua Villa is on the Georgian Bay waterfront with a sandy public beach steps away — a 5-minute drive to the resort, ideal if you'd rather wake up by the water. 44L is a vintage chalet in Tyrolean Village, also a 5-minute drive to the resort base, for groups who want quiet character close to the hill. Both still put you minutes from the Village by car while offering a different setting from the walkable cluster.
Close to the Village, but not ski-in/ski-out
To be clear, the chalets aren't slopeside ski-in/ski-out — you walk the 10 minutes to the Village and lifts rather than ski to the door. For most groups that's an upside: a whole private chalet, free parking, quiet evenings away from the Village crowds, and a private year-round hot tub to return to, all a short stroll from the action. Read more on how close the chalets are to the slopes, or check distances to other spots on the location page.
