Paid beach parking in The Blue Mountains near the chalets
The closest shoreline parks are in the Town of The Blue Mountains. Delphi Point Park, about ten minutes from the Mountain cluster, lists paid parking and a portable toilet. Council Beach on Lakewood Drive and Peasemarsh Park on Highway 26, each about fifteen minutes from the cluster and ten from Aqua Villa, also list paid parking. Northwinds Beach, the sandy park ten minutes away, is the one to check on arrival: follow the posted signs.
In Thornbury, the Town began a partial closure of the gravel lot at Little River Park on June 8, 2026, with completion estimated for late September or early October. Check the current notice before relying on it.
Collingwood and Meaford waterfront parking for chalet guests
The Town of Collingwood says paid parking is in effect seasonally, seven days a week, at Sunset Point Park between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Millennium Park, at the end of Heritage Drive, is part of the same seasonal paid waterfront programme. A Blue View stay does not come with a Collingwood resident permit, so plan to pay.
In Meaford, Memorial Park charges non-residents for parking from May 1 to October 31, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to the municipality. Wasaga Beach Provincial Park uses daily vehicle permits tied to the beach area you choose; our Wasaga Beach Provincial Park page explains why a permit for one area does not cover another.
Keeping beach days cheap and simple from a Blue View chalet
Every chalet includes free parking for four vehicles, explained in our chalet parking answer. Car-pool to the beach in as few vehicles as possible, since paid lots charge per vehicle. Aqua Villa removes the problem for its guests: the sandy public beach is reachable on foot.
Rates change, so we do not list them; check each park's posted terms on the day. For which beaches are sand and which are shale, our family beaches guide describes each one.
