Bay, beaches and the water
In summer, Georgian Bay is the star. Aqua Villa sits right on the waterfront with a sandy public beach steps from the door and a bay-facing hot tub — ideal for a beach-focused group. From the Brooker Blvd cluster, the bay's beaches are a short drive. Closer to home, the eight cluster chalets share a seasonal heated pool open May to mid-September, so kids and adults have somewhere to cool off between outings, plus gas firepits for the evenings. See the waterfront option on our waterfront page.
Village, golf and trails
The eight Brooker Blvd chalets are a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, which buzzes in summer with festivals, patios, shops, and the resort's open-air gondola, mountain coaster and ropes courses. The cluster also sits across from Monterra Golf Course for an easy round before the heat. The wider area is laced with hiking and biking trails and escarpment lookouts over the bay. Our things-to-do page and attractions page map the best of it, whether the group wants active days or a relaxed pace.
Food, drink and easy group days
Summer is prime time for the region's wineries, breweries and cideries — a relaxed afternoon for the adults — and Collingwood's restaurants and cafés are a short drive away; see our dining page for ideas. Back at the chalet, the full kitchen, gas BBQ and firepit make grill nights and lazy mornings easy without booking tables for the whole group. With a private hot tub at every chalet plus the shared pool at the cluster, downtime is built in. Check summer dates and live rates on the booking page.
