A modern mountain villa lit up at twilight – The Difference Between Aurora and Vista | Ontario
Short answer
Size and layout. Aurora has five bedrooms for up to 14, with all three queens on the main level and two bunk rooms below. Vista has four bedrooms for up to 10, with two main-level queens, a bunk room and a twin room. Both have three bathrooms, a gas fireplace and a private hot tub, and they sit side by side at the pool end of the row. Together they take 24 guests at Aurora and Vista.

Aurora’s and Vista’s bedrooms, floor by floor

Aurora (unit 1): Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are queens on the main level, the only Blue View chalet with three on that floor. Downstairs, Bedroom 4 is a single-over-double bunk plus a single, and Bedroom 5 is listed as single-over-double bunk beds with no count, so confirm it with the team before planning on all 14.

Vista (unit 2): two queens on the main level; downstairs, Bedroom 3 has two single bunk beds and Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Ten guests, and nobody shares a bunk mattress.

The bathroom count is three in each, which works out roomier per person in Vista. The rooms pages, Aurora and Vista, have the photos.

Position, views and outdoor space at the pool end

Aurora is the east-end chalet, right beside the pool deck and the entrance from Brooker Boulevard, with one neighbour. Vista is second, between Aurora and the pool house. In summer, from May to mid-September, both are the closest chalets to the shared heated pool.

Both put the kitchen and living room on the top floor. Aurora’s description stresses unobstructed ski-hill views from the balcony; Vista’s top floor has tall pointed windows and balcony access. Aurora’s hot tub is on the lower deck; Vista’s sits on a sheltered lower deck. Vista also lists room-darkening shades, which Aurora does not.

Choosing Aurora, Vista or both

Grandparents and two other couples who all want the main floor: Aurora. A family of up to ten with teenagers: Vista, for the twin room. Two families, one large and one small, who want the pool on their doorstep: the pair. Neither has a sauna; the nearest are at Corona and Stella in the middle of the row.

If one of the two is taken, the fallback depends on which. Aurora has only one neighbour, so without Vista the closest pairing is Omega and Vega across the pool deck. Without Aurora, Vista pairs with Omega for 23 guests.
