Select the arrival and departure nights from the confirmed event obligations and the rest your party wants. Ask about any requested accommodation arrangement before promising it to teammates; an event finishing on Sunday does not establish a late chalet checkout.

For a larger travelling party, adjacent chalet bookings can divide the bedrooms across separate homes, subject to availability. Plan the trip using the general ski-weekend organizer, with the current relay instructions taking priority over an ordinary ski-day timetable.
