Treat Collingwood launch access and waterfront parking separately
The Town explicitly says that paying for a launch does not also settle parking. Check both arrangements before the towing vehicle reaches Heritage Drive, and tell passengers where the shore meeting point will be.
The marina page lists the recreation office at 451 Third Street for contact purposes. That is not the launch address. Send the waterfront destination to each driver, and use the open-water fishing guide when the day’s purpose is an angling trip.
Ask Collingwood harbour staff about the actual mooring visit
Contact the harbour attendant about using a municipal slip. The Town describes a licence arrangement for dock occupation and a separate waiting-list process for seasonal mooring; neither should be treated as an automatic berth for a visiting boat.
