Two families, two Blue View bookings: the steps
- Agree on the chalets first. The eight at 104 Brooker Boulevard sit in a row numbered 1 to 8, and our answer on side-by-side pairs lists who sleeps how many.
- Each family opens its own chalet’s listing, for example The Omega and The Vega, and checks the dates.
- Book both close together. The calendars are live, so a pair that is free in the morning can lose a chalet by evening.
What each family takes on with its own chalet booking
Every booking follows the same payment policy. Full payment is due at booking, and a security deposit is authorized, not charged, on the booker’s credit card on check-in day, then released seven business days after departure. The cancellation tiers apply to the reservation being cancelled, which our answer on one chalet cancelling works through.
The house rules travel with each booking as well: that chalet’s occupancy maximum, its four parking spaces, and its pet allowance if the family brings a dog.
When one organizer still pays for everyone
Some groups prefer one card and one confirmation. That works too, and the money is then settled between the families; splitting a chalet payment covers how organizers collect shares. If one person books several chalets, ask the team before booking how the deposit holds are placed.
Separate bookings tend to suit families who travel on different budgets or different schedules: one household might want a 14-guest chalet for cousins and grandparents while another needs only the 10 beds at The Vista. A single payer suits a friend group that already shares costs. Either way, write down before anyone pays who holds which chalet, who is in it, and whose card carries its deposit, so that the arrival weekend has no surprises.
Related questions
Do both chalets have to be booked at the same moment?
No rule requires it, but each calendar is live. Booking the two within minutes of each other is the safe way to keep a side-by-side pair.
Can the families arrive on different days?
Each chalet has its own dates, so yes, subject to availability and the two-night minimum. See our answer on different dates within one group.
Can three families each book one chalet in a row?
Yes, when all three calendars are free. Trios such as Corona, Stella and Luna sleep 40 together, and each family books and pays for its own chalet.
Does each family pay its own security deposit?
The deposit is authorized on the booker’s card on check-in day under the payment policy, so separate bookings each follow that rule. Confirm the details with the team before booking.
