Friends celebrating together at a winter dinner table – Two Side-by-Side Chalets for a Group of 20 to 28 | Ontario
Short answer
Any of the seven neighbouring pairs at 104 Brooker Boulevard takes 20, and they run from 23 to 28 guests. Luna and Prima sleep the most (28), then Vega and Corona (27); Omega and Vega, Corona and Stella, and Stella and Luna each sleep 26; Aurora and Vista 24; Vista and Omega 23. Each chalet is booked on its own live calendar; compare them on two chalets on one property.

All seven Blue View side-by-side pairs and their totals

  • Luna and Prima, units 7–8: 28 guests, 10 bedrooms, two steam rooms, the far west end. Luna and Prima.
  • Vega and Corona, units 4–5: 27 guests, 10 bedrooms, one dry sauna. Vega and Corona.
  • Omega and Vega, units 3–4: 26 guests, matching layouts.
  • Corona and Stella, units 5–6: 26 guests, two dry saunas.
  • Stella and Luna, units 6–7: 26 guests, a dry sauna and a steam room.
  • Aurora and Vista, units 1–2: 24 guests, 9 bedrooms, beside the pool deck.
  • Vista and Omega, units 2–3: 23 guests, 9 bedrooms, either side of the pool deck.

Matching a group of 20 to 28 to the right pair

For 27 or 28 guests, only two pairs work: Luna and Prima, or Vega and Corona. For 25 or 26, add the three 26-guest pairs. Twenty to 24 can take any pair, which frees the group to choose by features: the pool end for summer families, matching houses for two equal families, saunas for a ski group.

Each chalet keeps its own maximum, so the split matters as much as the total. A group of 26 in Corona and Stella splits 14 and 12, so the bigger household goes in Corona. Every chalet has its own kitchen, hot tub, laundry and four parking spaces; the shared parts of the property are covered in what side-by-side chalets share.

Booking a side-by-side pair at 104 Brooker

Any chalets can be booked together when the dates are free. Check both calendars on the same day and book them close together, as one payer or as two families (see booking per family). If your first pair is taken, try the next pair along the row before splitting the group across the property.

A pair can also be two chalets that are not neighbours, such as Vista and Stella for their two twin rooms, or a Brooker chalet with Aqua Villa on the bay. The group then gives up the shared lot and the short walk between doors, which matters more for some groups than others; combining Aqua Villa or 44L with Brooker covers that option.
