Hot tub locations across the eight Brooker chalets
The Brooker chalets are three-level homes with the living floor at the top and a balcony off it. The hot tub sits below, at deck level, and the room-by-room records describe each one:
- Aurora: lower deck, under a balcony that faces the ski hill.
- Vista: a sheltered lower deck, with an outdoor table on the balcony above.
- Omega: the one listing that mentions unobstructed ski-hill views from the hot tub itself.
- Vega: lower deck beneath the balcony, with lawn beyond.
- Corona and Luna: lower deck; Luna’s balcony above has a table and barbecue.
- Stella: below the upper balcony.
- Prima: a covered hot-tub deck under the upper patio.
The hot tubs at 44L and Aqua Villa
44L, the vintage chalet at 179 Tyrolean Lane, has its tub on its own deck. Aqua Villa is the exception to the lower-deck pattern: its tub is on the balcony facing Georgian Bay, and the villa’s description makes a point of its sunrise and sunset views over the water. Our waterfront hot tub answer covers that one in more detail.
Neither 44L nor Aqua Villa shares its setting with other chalets. At Brooker, the eight tubs belong to eight neighbouring homes, so voices carry between decks at night; the noise rules apply around the clock.
What a covered or sheltered Blue View hot tub deck means
Vista’s deck is described as sheltered and Prima’s as covered, details that winter groups using the tub after a ski day may prefer. A tub beside lawn, like Vega’s, suits summer evenings when part of the group is on the grass. Whatever the setting, the rules are the same at all ten: no smoking in the tub, no pets in the tub, and report a fault early (see if the hot tub stops working). Capacity is covered in how many people fit in the hot tubs.
One more planning point for groups of 13 or 14: the tub is a lower-deck feature and the kitchen is two floors up, so put a towel basket and a jug of water by the deck door before the first session rather than running up and down the stairs all evening.
Related questions
Are any Blue View hot tubs indoors?
No. All ten are outdoor tubs on a deck or balcony, private to their chalet and running year-round.
Which hot tub has a view?
Omega’s listing mentions ski-hill views from its tub, and Aqua Villa’s tub faces Georgian Bay from the balcony.
Is the hot tub shared with the neighbouring chalet?
No. Each chalet has its own. The shared amenity at 104 Brooker is the seasonal pool, not the tubs.
