Reunion sizes and the chalets that fit them

Count the people who will actually sleep over, then read down. The maximums are the largest chalets combined; a plan that includes Vista or Stella lands a little lower.

Why reunions book adjacent chalets instead of one big house

A reunion is several households that want to be together in the day and apart at night. One chalet per branch gives every household its own front door, kitchen and hot tub, so the early risers, the toddlers and the night owls never share a hallway, while the patio between the homes is where everyone lands after dinner. Every chalet is licensed by the Town of The Blue Mountains for 10 to 14 registered guests, which is why the plan counts in chalets; the rules are explained on the large group chalet rentals page.

Grandparents on the main level

Queen bedrooms sit a floor above the bunk rooms and a floor below the kitchen; Aurora has three main-floor queens.

Cousins in the bunk rooms

Two lower-level bunk rooms in every cluster chalet, 14 across the property; the bunk-room guide settles who sleeps where.

One long table per household

Each upper living floor seats its own chalet for breakfast; the reunion dinner happens at the chalet with the longest table or on the patio.

The shared patio and pool

Gas fire pits between the homes and a heated outdoor pool May to mid-September, for registered guests.

Eight private hot tubs

One per chalet, year-round, so no household waits its turn.

Dogs welcome

Every chalet is pet-friendly with a pet fee; see pet-friendly chalets.

Main-floor queen bedrooms by chalet, for the household with the stairs problem

Every cluster chalet is three storeys; the main level is one flight below the kitchen. These are the queen bedrooms on that level, from chalets.ts.

Family reunion rentals: frequently asked questions

How many people can a family reunion at Blue View hold?

From one chalet of 10 to 14 up to 104 across the eight adjacent chalets at 104 Brooker Boulevard, with 39 bedrooms in all.

Can each branch of the family pay for its own chalet?

Yes. A common setup is one chalet per household or branch, each booking and paying for its own; tell us the reunion is together so adjacent availability is confirmed in one pass.

Where do the grandparents sleep at a reunion chalet?

On the main level: every cluster chalet has queen bedrooms a floor below the kitchen and living area and above the bunk rooms, and Aurora has three main-floor queens, the most of any Blue View chalet.

Is there one place the whole reunion can eat together?

Each chalet seats its own household at a long table on the upper level, and the communal patio with gas fire pits is where the whole reunion gathers outdoors; a group dinner for everyone usually happens at the chalet with the longest table or on the patio.

What is the minimum stay for a reunion weekend?

Two nights as standard, three to four over peak holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and the summer long weekends; the booking page shows the exact minimum for your dates.

Reserve the reunion chalets together

Send the dates, the number of households and the total headcount; we confirm which adjacent chalets are open together and whether each branch books its own. Thanksgiving, Christmas and the summer long weekends are usually reserved months ahead.
