How do I plan a multi-family group trip to Blue Mountain?

Short answer
Count your total guests, then combine Blue View's adjacent chalets so each family gets its own private home. Two sleep about 28, three about 42, all eight 80-plus, with a shared seasonal heated pool and firepits. Match each chalet by bedroom count, book early for peak dates, and we'll coordinate neighbouring chalets on one property.

Step 1 — Count guests and pick chalets

Start with your total headcount and how many families are coming, then size the booking. Single chalets sleep 10 to 14, and adjacent chalets combine: two for about 28, three for about 42, up to all eight for 80-plus. Assign one chalet per family by bedroom needs — most are five-bedroom, with Vista at four. If a family wants a spa night, steer them to a sauna chalet (steam in Luna, Prima, Aqua; dry in Corona, Stella). Compare capacities on our sleeps-12 and sleeps-14 pages, or see the full picture on the groups page.

Step 2 — Plan shared space and meals

The magic of a multi-family trip is private homes with a shared hub. Each chalet has its own hot tub, full stocked kitchen, BBQ, and laundry, so families cook and relax on their own schedule, while the cluster's seasonal heated pool (May to mid-September) and gas firepits give the whole group one place to come together. Plan a few group dinners — cook in the kitchens or walk 10 minutes to Village restaurants. Line up daytime outings for mixed ages from our things to do guide.

Step 3 — Book early and let us coordinate

Peak periods — holidays, March Break, and summer long weekends — fill first, so reserve early to keep families on the same dates; note a 2-night minimum (3–4 nights at peak). Because a multi-chalet stay means lining up availability across neighbouring homes, we coordinate so your whole group lands on one property. All chalets are pet-friendly if a family brings a dog (a pet fee applies; confirm at booking). Share your numbers and dates to request a group quote, or check live availability per chalet on the booking page.

Related questions

How do we make sure each family has its own space?

Book one chalet per family. Each is a separate private home with its own hot tub, kitchen, and bedrooms, while the seasonal heated pool and firepits stay shared across the cluster.

How far ahead should we book?

Book early for peak dates like holidays, March Break, and summer long weekends, since multi-chalet stays need matching availability across neighbouring homes. There's a 2-night minimum, rising to 3–4 nights at peak.

Can we all stay on the same property?

Yes. The eight Mountain-cluster chalets are adjacent at 104 Brooker Blvd, and we coordinate neighbouring chalets so your families stay on one property.
